The health of our dogs and puppies are our top priority
We do not allow visitors before our puppies have received their first vaccinations at ~ 6 weeks of age.
We do not allow visitors to come where the puppies are whelped and raised to avoid contamination.
We ask that you do not visit any other pet stores, kennels, pounds, etc., two weeks prior to visiting our home.
When visiting the puppies, you will be asked to remove your shoes upon coming into our home. We ask that you wash your hands before touching or handling any of the puppies.
Irby Acres Labs Guarantee:
This guarantee is limited to the development of any serious, life threatening, congenital or hereditary defects within 180 days from date of birth and is limited to the replacement of the pup, of same color/gender, with the next available litter. Additional guarantee details provided at the time of purchase.
We do not guarantee:
- against Parvo or Corona Virus
- payment of any veterinarian bills made/incurred by the buyer
- female dogs being able to produce litters, redundant vulva or male dogs having both testicles when mature
- show potential, size of dog, slipped-joints, or death due to negligence on the part of the buyer
- thickness of coat, skin allergies, puppy dermatitis, or any and all mites, mange and/or parasites, Guardia, or Coccidia
- teeth, over or under bit or luxating patellas
- hernias
PUPPY RESERVATION
$200.00
To secure a puppy from a current or upcoming litter, a non-refundable deposit of $200.00 is required. This goes towards the purchase price of your puppy and secures your spot on our waiting list. We are not able to hold a particular pup or a spot on our waiting list without a deposit.
